Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Sculptage, every appointment is a carefully reserved moment designed exclusively for you.
To honour the time and dedication we devote to each client, please take note of the following policies:
Deposit
A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled visit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.
• Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of the $50 deposit.
• No-shows automatically forfeit the deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
To respect the flow of our day and the next guest’s experience, late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment, while the full fee still applies.
Payment
The remaining balance of your treatment is due at the end of your visit.
Illness
If you are feeling unwell, please inform us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at Sculptage’s discretion to ensure safety.
Packages & Memberships
Missed or late-cancelled appointments within packages or memberships are considered used sessions.
